RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. However, no returns for monetary value will be entertained. All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the order for Hong Kong orders and 21 days for international orders. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached if any, and must not be worn, altered or damaged. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items. The Jewel Fix reserves the right to refuse the items returned should they not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For your protection, we suggest that you pack your return item securely and use a reliable and traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue store credit to you if your package is lost or damaged. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once the item has been received and reviewed, we will send you a credit code for the amount of the returned item via email. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. All credit codes are valid for 180 days from date of issue.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, colour or item, please send us back the item for a credit and place a new order. We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
